1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned within [30] days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Items must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Certain items may be final sale and not eligible for return. These will be clearly marked.


2. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Grateful Daze LLC does not provide prepaid return labels unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong or defective item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days after approval


4. Exchanges

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details so we can resolve the issue promptly.
